CHAPTER 14 Challenge: Splendidly Dressed! -Week 3

"After a time she heard a little pattering of feet in the distance, and she hastily dried her eyes to see what was coming. It was the White Rabbit returning, splendidly dressed, with a pair of white kid gloves in one hand and a large fan in the other: he came trotting along in a great hurry, muttering to himself as he came, `Oh! the Duchess, the Duchess! Oh! won't she be savage if I've kept her waiting!'"-- Chapter 2; Alice's Adventures in Wonderland

Paper Purse

I have made another paper purse. This time I used Cosmo Cricket's Twenty-Three line. This was fun and so different from my other paper purse. I love to see what I can do with paper. I hope you enjoy.

Here is the front of the purse.

Here is a different shot of the purse.
Here is the back for the purse.
Now if you want to learn how to make this purse or one like it, check in at Cosmo Cricket's Blog tomorrow.

You can use this same method to make placemats for you kids. Just think you could have a placemat for everyday of the week.

How about a toddler book? So many possibilities.

Tea for Two?

I made this card and gift tea bag holder for Cosmo Cricket/Advantus. the new Tea for Two line is so adorable and sweet! I thought this would be a perfect use for this paper.

This is the inside of the card.

This is the tea bag holder. Now I am not a tea drinker, so I do not know if this tea is good or not. But it looked good in the holder, it was the perfect color! LOL!

Now if you like this tea holder, you can get directions over at the Cosmo Cricket blog.

Have a great day!

Blue Hair?

Who could look cute as a BUTTON with BLUE hair? My grandson, that's who!

Cosmo Cricket was having a Tiny Text challenge and I thought this would be a cute project. I used Material Girl button paper and some of the Nutmeg collection.

This is what I did........
I also used a Greeting Farms stamp.I used colored pencils to color the image. This image was perfect for this project.

My grandson showed up one day with his Mom and sister, he had blue hair and a blue mouth. He had a blue sucker while they did his hair at the salon. He thought he was so COOL! If you can't read all the text is says....Cute as a button, Even with blue hair!

Hope you enjoyed!

Have a great day!

Oh Baby!

My Godson and his wife had a beautiful baby girl. So I made a blanket for the baby and purchased the cutest little dress and shoes.

So I just wanted to share the blanket I made.

This blanket is for my husband's co-worker, they had a baby last week.

I have one more to do, this next one is for a boy.

Off to work on some more stuff.
