Proper Gentleman-Graphic 45

Hey everyone!

I promised to be back and I fell off my blog, SORRY! Had a health issue with hubby to deal with. So here I am back again. He is on some meds and will be checked soon.

Okay, what I have been up to? Hmmmmmm.......little of this and that. I have done my project for the Altered Alice blog. My project goes live on Sunday, so keep an eye out for that! Plus I will have a bonus project, yep a bonus. Reason? Stampotique is our sponsor and has offered the DT stamps for projects. You can bet I am all over that. They have some great stamps. Love them! You can check them out here, or click on the name Stampotique above (or here) and that will take you over to visit.

We have other DT members projects over at the Altered Alice so go take a peek and leave some love!

I used to live in MN not so long ago (3 months ago) and many know that every year Archiver's sponsors Scrapfest. At Scrapfest you get to meet and rub elbows with some great companies and great artists. I was lucky enough to get into a crop with Graphic 45, I was also lucky enough to meet owner Diane and her two beautiful daughters. It was a great time. I was gifted with some paper and a Halloween bag kit! Love Graphic 45, anyway I received some paper from the Proper Gentleman line and this is what I did with it.

This first picture is of a small canvas I covered with some TSS embossed metal. I added some paint over the metal, then wiped it off right away, then sanded it ever so lightly. Added some of Tim's metal embellishments.
This picture is just to show how I framed a small punch out from the paper line and more metals were added here.
And here is the whole picture. It is hard to take a great picture with glass, but this does not have to much glare. I like the way this came together. Very fun for a gentleman's office, don't you think?
This was very fun!
Hope you enjoyed and we will see you soon.

This weekend is my Altered Alice projects!

FANTASTIC! I love collage and yours are so inspiring! All the elements work perfectly together. I just bought that Ten Seconds mold from Marco's Paper at last weekend's stamp show! Those corner flourishes on top of the glass are fabulous, where did you find them? This collage would be fantastic anywhere, including an office! Best wishes for hubby's improvement!
